NEW OPEN in September 2024!　We are pleased to introduce a share house and apartment portion of our share house, located near the Kyoto Imperial Palace, 7 minutes walk to Demachiyanagi Station on Keihan Line/Eizan Line, and with good access to Kyoto University and Doshisha University.
It is a 2-minute walk to the bus stop “Kawaramachi Imadegawa” and a 16-minute walk to Imadegawa Station on the Subway Karasuma Line, making it very convenient for commuting to work & school with good access to Kyoto Station and other major areas in the city!　There are supermarkets, drugstores, and other stores essential for daily life. There is an okonomiyaki restaurant on the first floor of the building, and many other fashionable restaurants and coffee shops in the neighborhood.
There are no restrictions on nationalities or ages of residents, and you can enjoy exchanges with people from various countries and ages. In addition, there are two types of rooms in this house: “share house type” and “apartment type. The apartment type has water facilities (toilet, washroom, kitchen) in each room, so you can change your lifestyle according to your mood, for example, you can stay in your room when you want to concentrate on your own work and in the living room when you want to socialize with your house mates!

【Remarks/Precautions】

1. Rooms are equipped with a unit bath and kitchen.

2.If the tenancy is less than 3 months, the rent will be increased by 20%.

3.If two people move in together, the monthly rent will increase by 10,000 yen.

4.Security deposit: 1 month of rent / Contract fee: half month of rent

5. 28,000 yen cleaning fee will be deducted from the security deposit when you move out.
