There are no restrictions on the nationality or age of residents, so you can enjoy interacting with people from various countries and ages. In addition, there are two types of rooms in this house: “share house type” and “apartment type. The apartment type has water facilities (toilet, washroom, kitchen) in each room, so you can change your lifestyle according to your mood, for example, you can stay in your room when you want to concentrate on your own work and in the living room when you want to socialize with your house mates!

【Remarks/Notes】

1. The room is equipped with a unit bath and kitchen.

2. If you move in for less than 3 months, the rent will be increased by 20%.

3. For double occupancy, an additional 10,000 yen will be added to the monthly rent.

4. Security deposit: 1 month's rent / Contract fee: half month's rent

5. 25,000 yen will be deducted from the security deposit for cleaning fee when moving out

6. Fire insurance: Designated (500 yen/month fire insurance required)

7. There is no cleaning duty/garbage duty for apartment type rooms. Shared apartments have cleaning duty and garbage duty.
