Created in August 2014, this share house holds a concept that particularly attracts those who love to cook. Here, the commercial kitchen plays a starring role, allowing for creative cooking of breads, pastries, and other items. As an original share house, we renovated a former retro student apartment building. In the process, the water and interior have been completely redesigned, while still maintaining the good old-fashioned atmosphere.
For those who love to cook, this is the ideal space, and creative activities in the kitchen have become a daily routine. In addition, attention to detail in the interior design has created a comfortable and warm atmosphere.
This share house is located in Sakyo-ku, an area rich in learning and culture, with easy access to Kyoto University, Kyoto University of Arts, Kyoto Culture and Japanese Language School, and Mount Yoshida. Surrounded by lush greenery, sightseeing spots such as Daimonji Mountain, Ginkakuji Temple, and the Philosopher's Path are all within walking distance. There are also numerous cafes, general stores, and bookstores scattered throughout the area that add enjoyment to daily life. The neighborhood is also well-stocked with supermarkets, banks, and convenience stores convenient for daily life.
Of particular note is the proximity to Kyoto University of Art and Design. You can enjoy share house living while being exposed to art and culture. You can expect to meet new friends and enjoy creative exchanges in this wonderful location.
Access is also convenient: the bus to Keihan Demachiyanagi Station is only 5 minutes away, and Ginkakuji-michi Station (bus stop) is a 10-minute walk away. Kyoto University is only a 10-minute walk away, and Kyoto University of Art is a 20-minute walk (10 minutes by bus).
