I am happy to have stayed here and met new friends. At first I and one other foreign resident was here but glad that more international tenants moved in.

The atmosphere and relationships in the house were very good and there was no stress at all. And with the co-working space attached, it was easy to get some work done!

It had been a while since I returned from overseas, but I was able to move in without any preparation! I am in the IT industry myself, and many of the residents are in the same line of work, so I was able to exchange opinions with many of them, which was very stimulating! I also went out drinking with them, and although it was a short stay, I met some fun roommates that I will continue to be involved with even after I leave. I met a roommate who has continued to be involved with me even after I moved out.
