The best time to see the autumn leaves in Kyoto is

from early November to early December.

If you want to enjoy the autumn leaves in many places,

it is better to visit Kyoto in late November.

The autumn colors tend to change faster at higher elevations,

such as on top of the mountains, and the timing of the fall foliage differs depending on the type of tree,

so it is recommended to plan your schedule based on the blogs of the temples you visit.
