Thoughts on easing immigration restrictions

2020年10月7日
With regard to the easing of restrictions on entry to Japan, the Japanese government has allowed foreign students and other people with medium- to long-term residency status to enter the country from the 1st of this month.
At Eight Nest ShareHouse, many people from abroad have been staying in our share houses, and before the spread of the corona epidemic, more than 70% of them were living in our share houses.
The person was from overseas.
For us, as well as for the Japanese tenants who had been living here before Corona, it was a great relief to have a foreigner come back to Japan.
I can't wait, and this news was very exciting!

Recently, there have been cases of Japanese students who were planning to study abroad but wanted to at least have a study abroad experience in Japan.
There is no doubt that the spread of this infection has made the near abroad seem far away and changed our ordinary life.
I think the desire to cross the ocean to visit a country you have never known before, to interact with and study the people there, has become stronger.
