■Reihokan Autumn Special Viewing

The "Reihokan Autumn Special Exhibition" will be held at Seiryouji Temple (Saga Shaka-do)

and the main statue of Shakyamuni Buddha (National Treasure)

and the statue of Amida (National Treasure) will be specially exhibited.

A number of national treasures and important cultural properties,

including Buddhist statues from the Heian period, will also be on display.

From mid to late October, the view from the main hallway and the foliage

around the multi-purposed pagoda create a beautiful atmosphere.

■Special Autumn Visits to Myoshinji Pagoda Daiboin

A special autumn visit to Daibouin,

one of the sub-temple of Myoshinji Temple, is held.

The view of the garden on the rooftop of the building is beautiful,

and you can enjoy a leisurely meal of powdered tea.

Within the precincts of the temple, the cemetery of the Sanada family of the Matsudai clan

and the military strategist, Sakuma Shozan, is located,

which creates an even more beautiful atmosphere with the autumn leaves.

The temple is also known as the family temple of Nobuyuki Sanada.
